The Health Hutt Wellness Room
Our Wellness Room is designed to support recovery, relaxation and overall wellbeing, offering members access to an infrared sauna and two cold plunge pools in a calm, purpose-built space. Whether you’re looking to support training recovery, manage stress or simply prioritise your health, the Wellness Room provides evidence-based therapies you can incorporate into your routine.

Wellness sessions can be booked using a pack, purchased as a casual pass, or added to any standard membership.
Infrared Sauna
Our infrared sauna uses low-level radiant heat that penetrates deep into the body, delivering a range of therapeutic benefits while remaining gentle and comfortable.

Access & Entry
The Health Hutt is introducing secure Bluetooth door access, allowing members to access both the studio and Wellness Room using their mobile phone. For those who prefer not to use their phone, access fobs will also be available
Wellness Room Etiquette & Client Information
To ensure a safe, hygienic and relaxing experience for everyone, the following protocols must be followed:

Arrive clean: All users must shower prior to entering the Wellness Room

Clean footwear only: Shoes must be free from dirt, sand and dust

Dry before sauna use: You must be completely dry before entering the infrared sauna

Towels are mandatory:

One towel for drying off after cold plunge use
-
One towel to sit on during your infrared sauna session

Respect the space: This is a shared environment designed for calm and recovery

Wipe down after use: Please clean benches and surfaces where provided

Quiet, mindful use: Keep noise to a minimum and avoid phone use
Strict protocols are in place to protect client health and safety, maintain infection control standards, and ensure proper care of all equipment. Your cooperation helps us keep the Wellness Room a high-quality space for everyone.
