Our Classes

At The Health Hutt and BFit24, we offer a range of gym classes suitable for all ages, experience and levels of fitness. Our classes are designed to challenge and motivate the individual to reach their full potential. We pride ourselves on providing the tools and expertise to help our members reach their fitness goals.

Our classes are fun and supportive, with no judgement or criticism – just a safe and encouraging environment to help get the community moving.

Boxing

Boxing classes are an adaptation of boxing movements in to exercise routines. Classes are a combination of cardio exercise, core work and functional fitness designed to improve overall fitness and wellbeing.

Cardio/Sweat

Cardio Sweat classes involve high intensity interval training (HIIT) with exercises that increase the heart rate to at least 80% of one's maximum heart rate followed by periods of lower intensity movements. Cardio Sweat incorporates several rounds of circuit exercises to keep you moving and increase your cardio fitness level.

Strength

Strength classes are weight based training classes designed for strength building and functional movement using multiple muscle groups and exercises that improve balance and coordination. Classes will be broken down in to lower body (squats), deadlifting (back and legs), and upper body (chest press) days. These are designed to improve your strength and fitness and are targeted for all levels of fitness from beginners to intermediate to advanced. 

Tabata

Tabata classes are high intensity interval training (HIIT) that involves 20 seconds of maximum effort followed by 10 seconds of rest for a certain number of rounds. This is a higher intensity workout than the Sweat Cardio classes. Tabata classes will also involve core work with a lower intensity circuit round. of circuit exercises to keep you moving and increase your cardio fitness level.

Strength for Life (Over 50's)

Strength for Life (SFL) is a program based on the South Australian health initiative designed for older South Australians to promote health and wellbeing for people 50+ years and older. B-Fit 24 offers affordable 45-60 minute classes guided by a qualified trainer to help people maintain their physical and mental wellbeing in a supportive and fun environment.

Below is our current Class Schedule.  To book into any of these classes you need both an active Membership (appropriate for the class you are trying to book) and also have downloaded the MindBody App and logged into your account.
